Terms & Conditions (Founder Edition Pre-Orders)

These are the official Terms and Conditions of Sale for Posture Revolution Inc., located at 1111B South Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904, herein known as “Company,” “We,” “Us.”
“You” and “Your” refers to the purchaser of our product(s).

1. General Provisions

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us.
   
• By placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
   
• We may update these Terms, and the latest version will always apply to your order.
  
   

2. Pre-Orders and Delivery

• The Founder Edition is a pre-order product with an expected delivery date of November 2025.
   
• Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or regulatory factors outside our control.
   
• A delay in delivery does not entitle you to damages, but if we cannot deliver your order within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
  
   

3. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

• You authorize us (via our payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal) to charge the payment method you provide at checkout.
   
• All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
   
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order is placed.
  
   

4. Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, in which case you will receive a full refund.
   
• After shipment, cancellations are not possible, but you still have warranty rights.
  
   

5. Warranty and Returns

• We provide a 12-month limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
   
• If your product is defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit (new or refurbished). A refund will only be offered if repair or replacement is not feasible.
   
• Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
   
• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unit back to us; we cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.
   
• This warranty is valid only in countries where we officially ship and support the product.
  
   

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
   
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss).
  
   

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, trademarks, and related materials are the property of the Company.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
  
   

8. Communications and Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Communications with us are subject to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared publicly.
   
• If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, or testimonials, you grant us the right to use them in our business without compensation.
  
   

9. Dispute Resolution

• If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation.
   
• If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to mediation or alternative dispute resolution before any court action.
  
   

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
   
• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Delaware.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.
